Little Scholars Home Daycare (Bilingual) Welcome to Little Scholars Bilingual Home Daycare, where I provide reliable, fun and structured care for babies, toddlers and school age children. My name is Chantal, and I am the mother of 2 amazing children (daughter 5, son 2). I am First Aid & CPR trained, can provide excellent references and I am police checked. I offer a reliable, fun and educational daycare program in both French and English. I offer a flexible routine that includes daily circle time, crafts, story time, songs, dance, games, show and tell and much more. Learning activities are adapted by age group and include motor skills development, monthly themes, ABC's, Phonics, Letter of the week, counting/number recognition, shapes, colours and are all taught in both French and English. I have a large playroom with plenty of workstations, books and toys.A separate room is provided for nap time. Outdoor play will frequently be at the local park or in my fully fenced back yard with sandbox,playground and plenty of toys. I provide a monthly menu with nutritious (and fun) meals and snacks, a weekly schedule and a daily report will be sent home with each child. I am located in a quiet neighborhood, near Garden St. & Burns St. in Whitby, just minutes from the 401. I walk to and from Sir William Stephenson Public School each day during the school year. I am available Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (Extended hours are available). Currently offering full time, part time and before and after school. Receipts will be provided.
